Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements and related schedules on a periodic basis.
Review monthly schedules based on General Ledger (GL) closure.
Validate RMS reports and reconcile with SAP ledgers.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Manage TDS payments and ensure timely filing of TDS returns.
Prepare and file RBI-related returns and schedules as per regulatory guidelines.
Handle coordination and submission for RBI inspections.

Audit & Controls
Support and coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) reviews.
Address audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit points.

Product & System Testing
Understand product features and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in LMS & SAP for recent product launches.
Ensure seamless integration of accounting entries from LMS to SAP.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with other departments/stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of financial operations and regulatory compliance.
