Job Role:MIS Executive (Immediate Joiners preferred)

Location:Westport, 5th Floor, Pan Card Club Road, Baner, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra

Role Summary:
Selfdrive is looking for an ambitious MIS Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform audit of rate sheets and periodic reconciliation of customer and supplier rates
Maintaining repository of customer and supplier rates
Providing analytics and flag inconsistencies around rate structure to the management
Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels
Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects
Input rate sheets in back end panel
Scrutinizing supplier invoices, keep record of the same and reconciling supplier SOAs
Maintaining MIS activities and submitting all the reports on timely basis as per the requirements




Assist in preparing management reports required for finance department and internal reporting
Work with the sales and marketing team to define pricing structure for company products
Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions
Responsible for any other day to day accounting tasks as assigned
Undertake any other specific duties assigned by the management.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or MIS Executive.
Advanced Skilled level skills of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge in Accounting Software such as Tally, Zoho Books
Agile, charismatic and enthusiastic personality
Robust communication and interpersonal skills in English
Previous employment in a similar position handling MIS and internal reporting
Experience in E commerce Platform & Rate sheet Management is added advantage
