Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Design and implement creative recruitment strategies that align with the organization's business goals and future workforce planning.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership and departmental heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire to optimize hiring effectiveness.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates through timely communication and a structured recruitment process.
Technology Utilization:
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment marketing tools to streamline hiring workflows and improve sourcing capabilities.
