Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple programs and initiatives across channels in alignment with business strategy.
Leverage data and analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor program health and communicate updates to management.
Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time and effective execution of programs.
Optimize resource allocation, process flows, and timelines to improve program delivery efficiency.
Design and deploy contests, campaigns, and rewards & recognition (R&R;) incentive schemes for various teams.
Liaise with cross-functional teams — Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations — on both strategic and operational fronts.
Execute projects aimed at customer experience enhancement, process improvement , and vendor empanelment .
Monitor team performance , ensuring alignment with targets and organizational objectives.
