Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit OPT, CPT, F1, H1B, and STEM extension candidates through universities, job portals, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a robust database of OPT candidates and track follow-ups.
Post advertisements on university sites, job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.), and social platforms.
Facilitate H1B transfers and project transfers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding of consultants.
Negotiate compensation packages, pay rates (C2C, W2, 1099), and relocation perks.
Stay updated on hot IT skills and industry hiring trends.
Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for employment eligibility.
