Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas. This includes cleaning rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
Change bed linens and make beds
Replenish toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies.
Respond to guest or customer requests professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
Valuable physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic communication skills.
