About the Role

We are hiring energetic and ambitious B2C Field Sales Executives for one of Bangalore’s fastest-growing Nursing & Healthcare EdTech platforms.

This role involves direct student outreach, college activations, demo sessions, lead generation, and student enrollments across nursing colleges, hostels, PGs, and educational hubs in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
Visit Nursing, Pharmacy & Paramedical colleges across Bangalore
Conduct direct student engagement and live app demos
Participate in the stall activities inside college permisses
Generate leads and convert students into paid subscribers
Manage college gate activations, hostel outreach & BTL activities
Follow up with students through WhatsApp and phone calls
Explain app features, subscriptions, offers & advantages




Maintain daily activity and lead reports
Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome
Experience in any of Field Sales, EdTech Sales, Telecom, BFSI, FMCG, Direct Marketing or Student Counselling preferred
Comfortable with field work and college visits
Smart phone handling and WhatsApp communication skills required
Target-oriented and energetic personality
