Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Help maintain network connectivity and resolve basic networking issues.
Maintain records of IT assets and inventory.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
Ensure systems are updated with the latest software and security patches.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or Diploma in Computer Engineering.

Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP.
Familiarity with printer installation and configuration.
Exposure to Active Directory or Office 365 is an added advantage.
