Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Digital Marketing Intern to support both our Human Resources and Marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, employer branding, social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Help prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.

Digital Marketing
Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct basic SEO keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports.
Support website content updates and employer branding initiatives.





Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and Google Analytics is an added advantage.
Positive organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
Social media management and content creation.
Basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
Canva or Adobe Express for designing creatives.
Robust attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
