nWhat We're Looking For

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experiencen
Strong understanding of US Accounting / US GAAPn
Hands-on experience in US Real Estate Accounting and/or E-commerce Accountingn
Working knowledge of AppFolio/Buildium/Yardin
Strong expertise in MS Excel and accounting workflowsn
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and financial analysisn
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsn
Ability to independently manage accounting engagements and communicate with international clientsn
Prior experience in an Accounting KPO / Outsourcing environment is requiredn
