Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their product requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Handle counter sales and generate invoices/bills.
Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
Maintain proper sales and billing records.
Coordinate with the inventory team regarding product availability.
Ensure products are properly displayed and the counter is well maintained.
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales assistance.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain daily sales and cash/payment records.
Support stock checking and inventory management when required.
Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.




Previous retail/counter sales experience is preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of billing software/POS is an advantage.
Ability to handle cash and digital payments accurately.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail setting.
