Job Summary
The Clinic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding patients through suitable skin and hair treatment solutions, managing patient interactions, and driving sales through effective counselling and follow-ups. The role requires a patient-centric approach along with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide counselling to patients regarding appropriate skin and hair treatments
Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans and services:
Maintain and update patient data and records accurately
Manage and update sales records and daily reports:
Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue generation
Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to ensure treatment continuity and satisfaction
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient experience
Be adaptable to handle additional responsibilities beyond the defined role as required
Qualifications & Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling ability
Mandatory knowledge of aesthetic
