Have ability to train Freshers from the scratch about RCM industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
Monitor current joiners performance and clarify process related queries
Implementing recent training plan & training method
Traits
Minimum 5+ years in US Healthcare Process.(Experience ar callers more than 5 years experience with excellent communication can also apply.
Prefer candidate with valuable exposure in Denial Management, AR Calling, Billing in medical billing domain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
