Plan and assist in patching and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities.
Conduct performance tuning activities for optimal system operation.
Prepare RCA for major incidents and maintain availability/capacity management.
Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
Execute continual service improvement plans.
Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of infrastructure documentation and procedures.
