Navyaa Aabharan is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer enquiries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital channels, with a robust focus on converting enquiries into store walk-ins.
Responsibilities:
Respond to social media enquiries and DMs
Capture and qualify leads
Follow up with interested customers
Encourage and schedule store visits
Update leads in CRM
Coordinate with the sales team
Track walk-ins and conversions
Languages:
Kannada & English mandatory
Tamil/Telugu/Hindi will be an added advantage
Key Skills:
Valuable communication, customer handling, follow-up skills and basic CRM/social media knowledge.
Location: KR Puram, Bengaluru
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
