nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to support, optimize, and manage enterprise-grade Oracle database environments. The role involves database administration, high availability, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, migrations, and operational support for business-critical systems.

NKey Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle database environments across production and non-production systems.

- Manage Oracle RAC, ASM,Data Guard, and high-availability configurations to ensure resilience and continuity.

- Perform database performance tuning, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and proactive health checks.
N
- Plan and execute database patching, version upgrades, migrations, and platform refresh activities.
N
- Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and failover strategies for mission-critical workloads.
N




- Resolve complex database incidents, service requests, and operational issues with customer and internal teams.
N
- Recommend improvements to database stability, security, scalability, and performance.
N
- Contribute to process improvement through documentation, automation, and best practices.

- 5+ years Robust Oracle Database Administration experience.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

- DevOps practices, scripting, and automation for database operations.
