Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, production, and finance departments.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Track inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages.
Resolve supplier-related issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
Conduct market research to identify recent suppliers and cost-saving prospects.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
Monitor supplier performance and prepare procurement reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
