The Senior Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, cost control, and timely material availability. The role requires solid ERP knowledge and experience in handling procurement operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor procurement activities for materials, services, and equipment.
Manage purchase requisitions, RFQs, negotiations, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
Ensure the timely availability of materials at sites as per project schedules.
Coordinate with project, store, accounts, and site teams for smooth procurement operations.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships; evaluate and onboard current vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.




Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Prepare MIS reports related to purchase status, cost comparison, vendor performance, and savings.
Resolve vendor-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and billing discrepancies.

Requirements:
Any Graduate with having a experience in purchase.
Hands-on experience with Purchase systems (mandatory) & software.:
Solid knowledge of Purchase & Procurement processes.
Good analytical and cost-control abilities:
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
