nPosition Overview:
nThe Compensation & Benefits Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Compensation and Advantages modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.
nThis role ensures accurate setup and maintenance of employee compensation structures and benefits programs, aligning with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. The associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvements across Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits processes.
