The People Development Manager – India will be responsible for aligning e.l.f. Beauty's global people strategy with local execution. This role ensures employees have the skills, prospects, and support needed to thrive in a agile and fast-growing setting. The position focuses on fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous growth while driving organizational scalability and talent readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
People Development & Growth:
Lead and promote adoption of e.l.f.U learning initiatives across teams.
Identify skills gaps and collaborate with leaders to design and implement tailored training and career development programs.
Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support employee progression.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, making improvements where necessary.
Educate, facilitate, and embed the High Performing Team Framework throughout all teams and functions.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
