Roles and Responsibilites:
5+ years developer who is technically strong in core skills (Core Java, Spring Boot, REST API).




Development of assigned stories/tasks per sprint.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Adhere to code quality standards.
Provide timely updates in Jira tickets
Integration & deployment modules as per project needs
Defect analysis & fixing.
Actively participate and lead junior members in all Scrum meetings

Shift details:
General Shifts, however, need willingness to provide overlap with US client hours for meetings.
Its positive to have:
60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third
Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate)
