Work with developers, product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand the goals and deliverables of each project and how it relates to our industry and our product s standard functionality.
Create, manage, execute, and maintain test cases
Execute automated test cases, provide results, and create resulting defects with diagnostic information for proper triage
Set up and maintain test settings and test automation.
Work with developers to explain test outcomes and guide them in understanding exit criteria.
Ability to focus on detail while also exercising pragmatism to keep up with project deadlines
Participate in and contribute test effort estimates in Sprint/Release planning sessions
Be passionate about driving product quality throughout the product line
Defect Tracking, classification, priority, and severity justification should be robust
Write code to automate functional test cases
Experience in functionality testing
Maintain documentation of test results and prepare detailed reports on findings.




Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards.
Typically requires a bachelors degree in (relevant degree) and 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
Strong experience with Test Plans, and Testing Methodology
Strong experience in testing web-based software solutions (both front-end and back-end services)
Working on Banking domain in the past would be an added advantage
Experience with Automation tools such as Selenium with Python/JavaScript is considered a plus
Strong test case management skills (Create, Execute, Report, Revise, Repeat)
Robust experience debugging complex web application issues through code review and detailed logs
Excellent communication and teaming skills especially with highly technical team members
Strong test plan organization and test execution planning skills in a CI and Agile setting
Experience working in small, highly efficient teams with a high degree
