About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts.
Confidently appear on camera for promotional, educational, and behind-the-scenes content.
Generate creative content ideas based on current Instagram trends.
Write scripts, captions, and content briefs for social media.
Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram and other social platforms.
Create product showcases, feature demonstrations, office culture videos, and team interactions.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to execute content campaigns.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on analytics and engagement.
Represent the brand professionally in videos and social media campaigns.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or currently pursuing the final year).
Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
Solid understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
Good communication and storytelling skills.




Basic photography and videography skills.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment.
Strong willingness to learn and experiment with current content formats.

Preferred Skills
Experience creating Instagram Reels with good engagement.
Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and viral content.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic graphic design.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
