Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with design and production teams to create assembly procedures and work instructions for new products.
Analyze assembly operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
Select and integrate appropriate assembly equipment and tools.
Provide technical support to assembly teams and troubleshoot assembly issues as they arise.
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the assembly process.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects, collaborate with quality control teams, and implement corrective actions.
Work with supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and components for assembly.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, specifications, and technical drawings.
Train assembly personnel on recent processes, techniques, and safety protocols.




Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist in product design reviews to ensure that products are designed for efficient assembly.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in assembly engineering or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or production settings.
Familiarity with assembly techniques, process improvement, and Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and/or PLM systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of automation and robotics in the assembly process is a plus.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, including engineering, production, and quality.
