We're hiring someone to own the operational backbone of our contract staffing delivery: the vendor panel, all deployment documentation, and everything that happens between a candidate's selection and their first day at the client.

We recently crossed 50 active deployments and are scaling quick. That growth has outpaced our operational structure — this role exists to build it properly.

Responsibilities
Own the vendor panel end to end: onboarding, agreements, rate negotiation, compliance documentation and performance scorecards
Set and enforce vendor quality standards, tracking submission-to-selection performance by vendor
Manage all deployment documentation — client onboarding paperwork, background verification, compliance packs — so nothing delays a start date
Own post-selection candidate management: offer to onboarding to day one at the client, including joining commitment and follow-through
Build repeatable SOPs and tracking so the process scales with headcount

Qualifications
4–8 years in vendor management,



resource management or delivery operations within IT contract staffing or staff augmentation
Hands-on experience managing a sub-vendor panel, including commercial negotiation on rates and terms
Solid command of deployment documentation and compliance — BGV, client onboarding formalities, contracts
Experience managing candidates through the offer-to-joining window, with a track record of reducing drop-offs
Comfortable owning a process independently and improving it, rather than waiting for direction
Working knowledge of an ATS/HRMS (we run Zoho Recruit and Zoho People)

Compensation
₹6–12 LPA, based on experience and the process maturity you bring.
