including Active Directory, OS patches, DNS, DHCP, software installation,
upgradation, backup restoration and performance tuning tasks , Virtual
workplace administration activities (Citrix / VM Ware / Hyper-V) etc
Secondary Skills:
Monitoring, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery of Exchange, Windows
Servers (physical or virtual) and Active Directory Domain Controllers. Attend and resolve related issues.
Performs daily monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, resources, systems, key
processes, reviewing system, application appliance logs, verifying completion of scheduled jobs. Take
corrective action in timely manner.
Excellent knowledge on Exchange O365/2013/2016/2019, Windows Servers and Active Directory Domain
Controllers.
Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing




replication.
Manage, maintain troubleshoot email gateway related issues, anti-spam (Sophos, Barracuda, etc.) related
issues etc.
Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues.
Excellent Knowledge on Exchange, Server and Office 365 PowerShell scripts.
Monitoring, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery of Virtualization
environment such as VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server. Attend and resolve related
