Job Title: DB2 Specialist
Duration: 6+ Months
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM DB2 (10.x, 11.x, or later)
Robust understanding of SQL development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with cloud migration concepts, especially AWS (e.g., RDS, DMS, EC2)
Experience with backup and recovery strategies, high availability, and disaster recovery (HADR, log shipping, etc.)
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing performance and compatibility issues
Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
