About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Explain course offerings, internship programs, and training services.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and student interactions.
Coordinate with the operations team for batch scheduling, documentation, and student onboarding.
Support daily administrative and operational activities.
Ensure a positive experience for students throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements:
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.




Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month based on sales closures and target achievement
Total Earning Potential: ₹12,000 per month
