Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify, map, and onboard employers across relevant sectors and locations, including opportunities outside Jharkhand and Odisha.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with HR teams, recruiters, placement agencies, and industry partners.
Organize and coordinate placement drives, interviews, walk-ins, and virtual recruitment.
Counsel students on career opportunities, job roles, salary expectations, relocation, and industry requirements.
Conduct placement orientation sessions covering resume building, interview preparation, communication, workplace expectations, and professional conduct.
Develop hyper-local placement opportunities within students’ districts/cities and nearby industrial, service, retail, BFSI, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, trainers, counsellors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Maintain employer databases,



vacancy trackers, placement records, offer/joining proofs, retention records, and regular MIS reports.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to placement and retention.

Willingness to travel for employer visits
