Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for Electrical Equipments, breaker, Electrical Distribution Panels, Distribution Boards, Power Factor control panel, U.P.S,HVAC Chiller Plant, Fire Detection panel, telephone bill monitoring system & billing, Fax Machine, Time Punch Machine, Cash Counting Machine, preparing AMC schedule for service providers.
Implementing NABH protocols for Maintenance department with the help of quality team.
Reducing costs by implementing reduction strategies.
Give presentation in Department Review Meeting monthly
Follow-up with concerned dept for rectification defects and checking of rectified defects.
Dealing with vendors/contractors, quotation call, making comparative statements and inter office memos etc.




Bills - Maintaining and updating Bills Management Toolkit in order to track the bills.
Responsible to ensure smooth processing of bills and payment within stipulated period of time.
Research & development
Asset Management of the organization.
Updating the management on current technology & its impact on organization.
Cost saving analysis in each department.
Implementation of recent technology with IT department.
