Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and identify growth opportunities across multiple business verticals. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, developing partnerships, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business expansion through collaborative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Design and coordinate promotional campaigns to support brand awareness and business growth.
Work closely with business leaders to understand objectives, recommend marketing initiatives, and execute approved plans.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, distributors, institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
Research market trends, identify current opportunities, and recommend strategies for business expansion.
Monitor campaign performance and marketing outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, business development, or a related function.
