Prepare and review PHE (Plumbing & Public Health Engineering) and Fire Fighting system designs and drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Review shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, local authority regulations, and fire safety norms.
Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality and progress.
Resolve technical issues related to plumbing, drainage, water supply, sewerage, and fire fighting systems.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution of works.
Assist in project planning, quantity estimation, and material approvals.
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.





Skills Required
Positive knowledge of Plumbing, Water Supply, Drainage, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.
Familiarity with NBC, IS Codes, and relevant standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
