Role Overview
Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment, streamline campus operations, and support student and trainer coordination. The role focuses on building solid internal teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and serving as a vital link between management, faculty, and students.
This position blends talent acquisition, campus administration, student support, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a agile educational setting.
What You'll do
· Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Academic Counsellors, Campus Managers, and Digital Marketing Executives. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), consultants,



and social media platforms. Manage shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
· Campus Operations: Supervise day-to-day campus operations including batch schedules, classroom readiness, logistics, and coordination for training sessions to ensure smooth academic delivery.
· Student & Trainer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for student-related queries. Track attendance, address academic concerns, and collaborate with trainers to ensure resource readiness and high-quality delivery.
· Industry & Academic Outreach: Build partnerships with universities and colleges for collaborations, masterclasses, and career events. These outreach efforts will help promote BIA’s brand and offerings, enabling student engagement and ultimately contributing to student enrolments.
