Talent Marketing Digital Experience Specialist
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Careers Site, UX and Digital Experience
Create, update, and maintain careers site content, campaign pages, landing pages, and other digital talent marketing assets through the CMS.
Work with IT, Phenom support, and relevant platform stakeholders on integrations, releases, enhancements, testing, and system changes that impact Talent Marketing functionality.
Support localization, translations, content updates, governance standards, quality assurance, and compliance with brand, privacy, legal, and accessibility requirements.
SEO and Content Optimization
Support SEO/search optimization for careers site content, job-related landing pages, campaign pages, and other talent marketing digital assets.
Use search insights and performance data to identify content gaps and optimization prospects.
Talent Marketing Campaigns and Content Execution
Build and maintain campaign landing pages and digital content aligned with employer brand messaging and hiring goals.
Coordinate campaign assets,
tracking links, requirements, approvals, and quality assurance to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and to standard.
Ensure campaign content is consistent, locally relevant where needed, and aligned with NTT DATA’s employer value proposition.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and conversion data.
Analytics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and analytics across Talent Marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination
Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into practical digital content, campaign, and experience updates.
Coordinate timelines, approvals, feedback, dependencies, and delivery of digital talent marketing assets.
Contribute to a consistent, high-quality, and globally aligned Talent Marketing experience across regions.
