Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the mechanical maintenance team for daily workshop operations.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel engine-related failures.
Perform overhaul and repair of diesel engines, gearboxes, differentials, steering systems, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and control valves.
Maintain and repair heavy equipment including:
Forklifts
Palfinger Cranes
Payloaders
Grab Loaders
Tractors
Ashok Leyland Trucks
Other industrial material handling equipment
Monitor machine health and ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work quality.




Coordinate with stores for spare parts planning and inventory management.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance reports.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance SOPs.
Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth maintenance planning.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
