Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, guide, and motivate a team of insurance advisors.
Train team members on products, sales techniques, and company processes.
Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve business targets.
Generate current business through customer acquisition and lead conversion.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Monitor team productivity and provide ongoing support to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Collaborate with branch management to achieve business objectives.

Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Team Handling will be an added advantage.
IRDAI certification is preferred but not mandatory.
