Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
Match available loads with suitable carriers.
Negotiate freight rates while ensuring profitability.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation.
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns.
Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records using freight brokerage software.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1 year bond is mandatory for freshers.
Experience in OTR, Drayage, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).:
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Willingness to work in the Night Shift.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
