Essential Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor s Degree in relevant field of study preferred
6+ years of relevant experience
Proficient with computers and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel,

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assure that subcontractors conform to all job specifications and approved procedure
Write, review, and revise the job-specific procedures
Analyze statistical data to determine the cause(s) of non-conformance in products or systems
Assist inspectors in the resolution of quality problems and non-conformances
Assist with root cause analysis
Observe work process to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures
Conduct studies aimed at improving processes and reducing waste
