Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures.
Prepare (GA) drawings and shop drawings for fabrication and erection.
Create detailed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and part drawings.
Ensure all models and drawings comply with AISC standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, detailers, and project teams to resolve design and detailing issues.
Review client drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability.
Maintain project quality, productivity, and delivery schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Tekla Modeler in structural steel detailing.
Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures.
Extensive experience working on projects based on AISC standards (mandatory).
Expertise in preparing GA drawings,
shop drawings, and 3D structural steel models.
Positive understanding of structural steel connections and fabrication processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on international structural steel projects.
Knowledge of fabrication and erection practices.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
