Employee Field Sales - Assistant Manager
KSB Pumps Limited is looking for a driven Assistant Manager - CBS (Commercial Building Services) & WWW (Waste Water & Water) to join our field sales team. This role is perfect for a sales skilled with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business, or Marketing , who excels at achieving sales targets, building robust client relationships, and expanding market reach within their assigned geographical area.
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area for CBS & WWW.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities , including consultants, contractors, dealers, clients, and market segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, and the dealer network through regular communication and visits.
Conduct market research to understand market needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.




Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers, retailers, and potential customers.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.
Monitor and report on sales performance , contributing insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with dealers, distributors, and other partners to expand market reach.
Represent the company at events, seminars, local trade shows, and exhibitions.
