Phonics Teacher - Job Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Phonics Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
Teach phonics to children using structured and engaging teaching methods.
Develop students' reading, pronunciation, spelling, and comprehension skills.
Plan and deliver interactive lessons with games, stories, songs, and activities.
Assess each child's learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials.
Create a positive, encouraging, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
Maintain attendance and student progress records.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
Participate in teacher training and academic meetings.
Ensure student safety and discipline during classes.

Skills Required:
Excellent English communication and pronunciation.
Passion for teaching young learners.
Creativity, patience, and classroom management skills.
Knowledge of Jolly Phonics or other phonics programs is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
