Experience & Skills
• 7–10 years of experience across pre-sales, solutioning, consulting, quality engineering, testing, business analysis, or delivery support.
• MBA or equivalent business exposure preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive understanding of Quality Engineering services, including test strategy, automation, performance testing, security testing, test data, release assurance, and managed testing services.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing QA Automation, AI-led Quality Engineering, or AI Assurance solutions
• Domain expertise in at least one industry: BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, proposals, client presentations, and solution documentation.
• Robust communication, PowerPoint storytelling, stakeholder management, and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in quick-paced pursuit environments while maintaining quality and accuracy.
