We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Founder's Office Analyst to work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business analysis, research, and operational projects. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to solve complex business problems using data and insights.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Founder in executing strategic and business-critical initiatives.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and risks.
Analyze business performance and prepare actionable insights for decision-making.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial/business models using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare qualified presentations, reports, and business documents using PowerPoint and Word.
Gather, organize, and interpret data to support strategic planning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and ensure timely execution.
Assist in preparing business reviews, investor presentations, and management reports.




Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by the Founder.

Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Basic Formulas, Data Analysis).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and report preparation.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Robust critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Research and data interpretation skills.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
