Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities while learning practical HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Help maintain employee records and HR files.
Support attendance and leave management activities.
Prepare HR reports and update daily work trackers.
Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
