Key Responsibilities:
Project & Site Management
Represent Vertiv Services at customer and contractor meetings for assigned projects.
Coordinate installation, start-up, commissioning, inspection, and site testing activities.
Review scope of work, customer procedures, and train personnel accordingly.
Define and manage manpower requirements for the project.
Complete all project documentation including technical submittals, as-built drawings, and test procedures.
Monitor project progress, escalate conflicts, and ensure timely completion.

Technical Leadership
Provide on-the-job training and technical direction to associates on site.
Conduct field customer training as required.
Communicate with Technical Support regarding equipment issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Method Statements, Safety Bulletins, Field Change Notices, and Service Tips.

Safety & Compliance
Operate safely in accordance with company guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions, including halting work if necessary.




Report all work-related accidents or injuries within 24 hours.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
Provide explicit and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate pre-site meetings, support contractors during installation, and provide technical assistance.
Maintain customer satisfaction and manage expectations during high-pressure situations.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare commissioning reports, project close-out documentation, and customer training records.
Provide time and material quotes for additional services or labor requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting of time cards, expense reports, and ticket closures.
Performance & Professionalism
Ensure attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
Make informed technical and commercial decisions under pressure.
Lead by example, fostering professionalism and high standards among field associate
