Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced L2 support for Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production environments.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving pods, deployments, networking, routing, and storage.
Perform detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis), implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor cluster health using built‑in observability tools and must-gather packages.
Collaborate with L1, developers, and cross‑functional teams for issue resolution.
Manage multi‑cluster settings using OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).




Maintain system security alignment with SCCs, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
Support rolling upgrades, patching, cluster maintenance, and high‑availability operations
