Key Responsibilities:
Alumni Engagement :
Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni and keep them connected to the university.
Create and distribute regular communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media updates, to keep alumni informed about university news and upcoming events.
Alumni Database Management :
Maintain and update the alumni database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Fundraising and Giving :
Collaborate with the development team to promote and support alumni giving programs, including annual funds and scholarships.
Career Services :
Support alumni career services by organizing career fairs, mentorship programs, and networking prospects.
Act as a liaison between alumni and current students for internships, job placements, and career advice.
Alumni Communication & Marketing :
Develop and manage alumni-specific content for the university website and social media channels.
Build alumni-centric content such as success stories, interviews, and articles highlighting alumni achievements.
