Staff management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the engineering team, delegating tasks and ensuring continuous career development.
Stakeholder communication: Coordinate with other departments, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project development.
Quality and compliance: Establish and enforce quality control, safety policies, and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations.
