What You Will Be Doing:
Managing the end-to-end image data operations, including, analysis, quality control and delivery of imaging data.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define imaging protocols and ensure alignment with study objectives.
Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of imaging data.
Training and mentoring team members on imaging best practices and operational procedures.
Monthly review of study status, risks/mitigations, timelines and quality trends.
Manage team: Onboarding, Training, Performance management, Mentoring Etc
Monitoring industry trends and advancements in imaging technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile:
Degree in radiology, biomedical sciences,



or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Significant experience in imaging operations within clinical research or healthcare settings.
Robust understanding of imaging technologies, data management, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 2+ years of direct line management experience including, performance management
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
