Job Responsibilities
Providing technical support and minor changes / enhancements to resolve issues from business users/ Brokers and agents, it is in addition to standard Production support. Team will work with InsureMO product team for changes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot API problems, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop changes and APIs
Skills required
5+ years experience in Java application development / support
10+ years experience in IT application development / support activities
Valuable communication & coordination skills to work with various stakeholders at client site
Should be able to manage a small team at client site
Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Quick learner and self starter
Should be ready to work at client site at Thane, Mumbai.
May need to work in 2nd shift on need basis.
Insuremo application support / development experience will be nice to have
BFSI / Insurance domain experience will be nice to have.
